The hotel had a charming and romantic atmosphere, perfect for a romantic escape. We were delighted by the beautiful views of the surrounding countryside from both our room and the breakfast area. It was a lovely way to start our day, enjoying a delicious breakfast while admiring the gardens and the hillside beyond. The hotel's location on top of a hill made it not only peaceful but also provided a panoramic view of the area.

The property is really gorgeous, everything is exactly as in the pictures! Beautiful location on the mountain! Great outdoor facilities! The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired! Nice big pool! Very nice staff! You are in ten minutes in Vicenza!

The only drawback was the air conditioning! Unfortunately, the room did not really cool down in the heat that prevailed. When showering, there is only a shower curtain that sticks to the body, because it is a bit small!

No criticism, just a hint: we were traveling by bike. The beautiful, secluded location has the "drawback" of being completely reliant on the hotel for food (food, drink). In case of a healthy hunger and thirst, this is a bit of money - even though the prices are appropriate to the standard.

We had a fantastic last minute find at this hotel. The location was perfect, on top of a hill with stunning views of the surrounding area. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the breakfast provided a great variety and quality. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a Deluxe room offering a stunning view over the hills and mountains. The pool was a lovely place to relax all day.

The restaurant food was subpar and overpriced, but there were plenty of nearby restaurants in the area to choose from.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and we were impressed with the quality of the food.

A wonderful place, fantastically located, super courteous service. Especially nice was the small terraces Separée by the pool. All in all, if you want to enjoy a special stay with a touch of luxury ... we will be back!

our second stay in arcugnano exceeded expectations. starhotels collezione was even more charming this time, with a historic building, beautiful views over the mountains, and a gorgeous pool. the staff was incredibly helpful, and the breakfast on the outdoor terrace was a highlight. we will definitely be back!

Aircon struggled on hot days.

Renovated and extremely tasteful. Beautiful swimming pool with a great view. The only drawback is the distance of 6-7 km to the city. But with a car that is not a problem. A lot of nice staff.

We liked everything

Tucked away in a scenic area, the hotel was a quiet and pleasant oasis. The staff were friendly and professional. The communal areas were impeccable, including a great pool and stunning views. The restaurant offered some good dishes and the breakfast was appetizing.

The bed was not very comfortable.
